Actually you're still missing enchants on you cloak, bracers, weapon, you need upgrade the enchants on your shoulders, chest, boots (+12 hit when you already have 11.64%?) You're missing a belt buckle and gem. Finally you'll want to upgrade the gems on your shoulders, chest (arp for ret?), your legs (spell pen?).
